Using Mellow

Mellow is free. It synchronises playback between people who each have their own legitimate access to a streaming service. You agree to follow the terms of the services you watch and not to use Mellow to share content with people who do not have access to it.

Your conduct

Party links are private: anyone with the link can join, so share it only with people you want there. Do not use Mellow to harass anyone, send unlawful content, or attack or overload the service.

No warranty

Streaming services change their players without notice, which can break sync until Mellow is updated. Mellow is provided as is, without warranties, and Boopy Technologies Ltd is not liable for losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.

Trademarks

Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Disney+ and HBO Max are trademarks of their owners. Mellow is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version.
